Q: How does the serrated edge chop vegis if it using a cutting board. Doesn't go completely through to chop.

The title of the post is about plain (sharp) edge kwik-kut. The plain edge chops great in a bowl or on a cutting board. Love it. I can't imagine using a serrated one. Ask the people who bought a serrated one -- if is even advertised.

Q: What diameter is the circular cutting blade?

It is 2 & 7/8 inches in diameter.

Q: Most answers about the Stainless steel is from 2018, how about an answer for the current product in 2022? Is it food grade stainless steel?

Food grade stainless steel comes in a variety of grades. 304 stainless being one of the more common because of its higher nickel content. I did not see anything in the product specs regarding what grade of stainless the item is made from. It appears to stand up to use and cleaning very well.

Q: I need one that isnt bent up as I want this as a gift for biscuit making. I have had one for years, can you assure me it wont be bent?

I have owned one for 5 year and use it a lot, it is not bent. If you want one to chop with they do make a serrated one, that works great on nuts, onions etc.
