Love! The stores don’t carry neutrogena eyeliner anymore near me, so I was happy to find this on Amazon! It doesn’t last long, but for the price I think it’s a great deal! Glides on smooth and stays all day.

Very Smooth!
I love this eyeliner! It goes on so smooth and the color is rich. However, the tip breaks often so have to buy more often. I just bought my 3rd one so hasn't bothered me as of yet.

Lovely dark brown eyeliner
This brown eyeliner looks great and glides on easily when applied with short, light, repeated strokes. It's easy to apply precisely and feels comfortable all day long---even with my sensitive skin. Also, it's easily removed with a moist eye-makeup wipe. I consider this eyeliner reasonably priced, and I give it five out of five stars!
