If you have been wondering what's so different from this workout video from the rest? The difference is you'll see and feel the results immediately!! This is one of the most difficult 20 minute butt/thigh workouts I have ever done! I preach it to call of my girlfriends. This is no normal workout video, believe me. This video has no cardio section, so warm up before hand! Don't be discouraged if you can't make it through the entire video for the first week, it's challenging. You will see the difference and so will your boyfriend :)

Brazil Butt Lift - No Joke!
This DVD definitely works your lower body - butt, inner and outer thighs. I used this DVD a few days after I purchased it, and the next day I was as stiff as a board. Ouch!! It's a good DVD, its only 20 minutes, and you will definitely feel the results. The only issue I have is that the exercises are done on a hard floor (no carpet or padding). You use a small wash cloth to place under your feet to help you slide back and forth during each repetition . Well I have carpet in my house so I was unable to use the wash cloth, so I did the reps without a wash cloth. I recommend this DVD if you are trying to tone up your legs and butt. I would also suggest doing it twice a week to allow yourself some time to "recover.":-)

Not worth the money
First, this doesn't work if you have carpet. You're supposed to put a towel under your foot to use as slide resistance, which really only works on hard surfaces. More importantly, I was disappointed in the workout itself. It is literally just 20 minutes of Side Lunges to Back Lunges (using a towel to add resistance) which I felt didn't warrant the $20+ price.

Butt transformation!
My problem area has always been my butt... until I started using this DVD. I didn't get results when I had to try the moves on carpet, so these moves MUST be done on hardwood floor, with shoes on, with a towel. Once I moved to a house with hardwood floors and did it, my husband and I both noticed a big difference within 2 workouts! And I am more confident about my backside, and stronger, and it is my go-to workout when I need that "lift."
