Got these for my son's swim team. Much better price than on the team website and exactly the same thing.

We have several swimmers in the house and they have been using other brands of paddles for the first couple of years. Those were bulky and not too comfortable to use. The TYR ones are very light but still sturdy enough to hold their shape for several years. We got these for replacing old ones that my son overgrew.

I have been swimming with the TYR Catalyst 2 (sm) for a few years now and wanted to up my game. Bought the TYR Catalyst (Med) to try it out. The bigger fit from small to medium was good and adds to the challenge. The Catalyst definitely adds to improving your pull strength but did not feel as smooth as the Catalyst 2. They are very different in shape. The material that Catalyst was made of prompted me to return the paddles. It just felt too plastic for me. Plus, I managed to find a TYR Catalyst 2 in medium and decided to keep that instead. Just not for me but worth a try! It may work for you.

Fit my 7 year old son pretty good. The other brand might not carry a size as small as this one. Double check the measurements before you order.

I've used a lot of paddles over the years and this is as good as any. I also like the clear look.

Bad paddles

Están en diferentes colores, están fuera de lo común, su diseño es transparente y de acuerdo al tamaño es el color que se ve en la orilla. Tienen una liga adicional por cualquier cosa; en el caso que se rompa. independiente a que las ligas están tan resistentes y diseñadas para que las pongas y acomodes acorde a lo largo y ancho de tus manos.

Très bon produit. Je l’utilise dans les sessions maître-nageur intermédiaire mais c’est un produit qui peut aider quiconque à placer ses mains correctement. Pour choisir la bonne grandeur des plaquettes selon les besoins, j’aurais souhaité qu’on indique le nombre de cm autour des doigts les plaquettes doivent être pour un nageur débutant vs intermédiaire vs expert
