I recently bought this and I could not be more satisfied. The seeds are clean, and I appreciate it was organic. Cooks perfectly in my regular rice cooker.

Absolutely love eating and making dishes with this quinoa!! I eat a whole food plant based diet mostly based on starchy foods like potatoes, lentils and this red quinoa with the addition of some fruits and veggies. Dropped my A1C from 12 to 5.6 and my cholesterol numbers are really good. I make sure to eat 2 to 3 servings of both the quinoa and lentils daily.

12 quart crock pot. 1 rack of bbq ribs. 1 rack of plain ribs. 1 cubed un-boned pork shank. 2 quarts Newmans organic garlic basil sauce. Crock for 6 hours. Add 1-2 cups quinoa and 1 pound of pasta shells. Heat 16 pint jars to 250 in the oven. Boil lids and rings in a pot. Once all up to heat, jar the crock mix, add lids and rings, wait for the 'ping' of the vacuum. I usually get 14-16 pint jars. Delish!
