Great Phone, Be Prepared for it to Not Be US Centric
First, the product arrived as soon as I expected it, if not earlier, so home run there. Second, it came with an adapter which I was confused about at first but then made sense once I saw the plug in the box. Yes, this phone was intended for a non-US market (shocking since we aren't the only country in the world) and as such, requires a bit of modification to get the phone set up. Give the English keyboard mod a second to load. Figure out how to plug the adapter in. Once you get that done, it's an amazing phone. Keyboard has a slightly different feel than the KeyOne, but it's nice. The buttons are on different sides from the KeyOne. And don't let other phone users pick on you for using a BlackBerry. If you need a phone to do work, this phone is awesome. I could almost type an entire proposal from my phone. Very happy with my purchase. Now I have to go get AT&T to add it to my account since they only carry the KeyOne and there just isn't enough memory on that version.

Simply don't buy this one
Misleading information I don't believe this works in the United States or does not work properly you need to look for model number BBE100-5 this is probably a re-creation Made in India with that warranty not a United States warranty

Nice phone, I wish they would come up with a newer design, and the operating system.

More robust than KeyOne, but still a TCL
Owned for a couple of months. This phone is slightly lighter, thinner than the KeyOne. It feels sharper and appears to be more robust than the KeyOne. Keyboard fine. Security fine. Screen fine. Camera slightly better than KeyOne.Would recommend as a stop-gap until the next generation of Blackberries due sometime in 2021 from new manufacturer.Note: have had 4 KeyOnes (the previous model) - the only phone I've had to replace through product failure - one with battery melt-down, one where screen fell out, one that just stopped working, fourth one has survived albeit held together with tape (back fell off). If only there was a modern Priv…

Fingerprint scanner is broken after just 7 months
Fingerprint scanner stopped working after just 7 months. It is a hardware issue, not software. I could prove the phone was less than 12 months old and under warranty with the Amazon.com invoice.Their solution is to return the phone and wait ... for them to repair the fingerprint scanner. What am I supposed to use as a phone in the meantime?Do not do a 'factory reset' as Crackberry Forum suggest unless you have backed up all your text messages and contacts.
