I received a replacement, this one arrived undamaged thank goodness because my G-Granddaughter tells me it’s the only thing that works best in her tightly curled hair.

it is also a scam of the price
doesn’t really work well it doesn’t really do anything to the scout those moisturizing none of that and when I received the product it was broken so would not recommend buying it. You could get it in your local beauty supply store for cheaper price, but I would not recommend buying it at all cause it’s bad quality.

Should be better ways to handle packaging
Busted by the time it arrived. I don’t have a full bottle of conditioner, maybe half or a little over. I ordered it a month ago and the shampoo with it. Shampoo arrived 2 maybe 3 weeks before the conditioner. Otherwise, I do like the brand and it has helped my hair.
