Love this stuff. It's real magnesium citrate. I was using Calm but the formula changed after it was sold and it is magnesium carbonate now. This works better for me and helps me sleep better as well. it fizzes a lot more than Calm and I like the mango flavor, although I wouldn't mind an unflavored variety if they made that.

First it tastes great which is an A Plus for me as most of these types of product are nasty. I love the fizz, and have been drinking it as they suggested with 1/2 cup water. It does not calm me down but it has helped with IBSC. There is no running to bathroom as others have experienced. This is on subscribe
