The media could not be loaded. Ordered this and it came super fast via Prime. It arrived today and I tried it for the first time just now.Let me start by saying that I take very good care of my skin. I wash my face every morning and night and use two kinds of moisturizer morning and night. I was anxious to see how much exfoliation it could manage since I also already do in shower facial exfoliation 3-4x per week.I'm happy to report I could actually see and feel the difference immediately. There is a little bit of a learning curve just to figure out how to move it across your face without staying in one place too long. But as they recommend, practice on your arm a little bit and you'll get the hang of it really quickly. It also doesn't take very long to do. A treatment which is really important to me since stuff that takes too long just doesn't get done.Can't wait to keep using this and continue to see the benefits. I can already feel the difference in my skin. It is so soft and smooth. And I can even feel the difference even though I've already been doing exfoliation on the regular.Highly recommended! This is my new favorite thing in my skin care regimen.

So far I have used this pmd 4 times. I use it once a week. I can tell my moisturizers are much more easily absorbed. My skin is really starting to look smoother too! It's very easy to use!

Love this. Wish I took progress pics. I'm on week 7 or 8 and noticed my forehead wrinkles have softened. I use this weekly along with daily moisturizer that has hylarounic acid and retinol in it (all drugstore brands). I also use a scoop of collagen peptides in my coffee daily. Not sure if it's the combo of everything or the product but my skin is definitely smoother and makeup goes on better! My tone is evening out also

The suction is way too strong for my skin. The tip is also too big to reach areas around the nose.

I love this home microderm machine! It is much more powerful than I expected, so I kept it on the lower suction setting the first few times I used it. It does take some practice to keep it flat against your skin, but once you get the hang of it, it is very easy to use. I used to spend hundreds of dollars going for microderm abrasions, but now I can get the same result at home - any time I want! I also bought one if these for each of my daughters. One had faint acne scars and the other had blotchy skin. They are loving their results as well.

One would think for the money being spent on this item it would; 1. Come in a box not to be damaged, 2. Come brand new and 3. With all its parts. Seems like quality control fell asleep in the job.

For the price and the hype, the product didn't really live up to the expectations. It essentially is a glorified miniaturized sander. Sure, your skin layers get buffed but it's not great for your skin to experience this process. Losing a layer can cause dehydration and that can actually cause your skin to overproduce oil, which can lead to more breakouts. Also, the sensitive mantle isn't meant to be abused like that. A treatment such as this should be under a trained professional's instruction since not everyone even needs it. I learned the hard way.Not only that, it partakes in the "pink tax" where the women's product is significantly more expensive than the men's despite being inferior. I received a message saying so when I inquired about the difference between the models.
