What are the true dimensions of this 17.3 messenger bag?

Laptop compartment internally is 17x13 with a padded spacer. Front storage compartment is 15x11. External front compartments are 2-4x4, 4x8 and 3x9. I have a 17in laptop and fits easily. This holds all the supplies I need: pens, pads, flash drives, power cords, earphones, phone charger, etc. I couldn't be happier with this bag!

Standard carry-on size is 22"x14"x9". The 14 might be a little snug (matches with the 13.9 on the bag), but otherwise should fit easily.

Will it fit a cz scorpion micro 9mm pistol with collapsed brace?

The micro is just over 16" collapsed and this bag has an advertised width of 14.2".
