Q: I have just purchased this item but the product I received was not the sublingual tablets as displayed in the picture. Is this an error?

Should be small pink tablets for under tongue

Q: Do these nuggets easily dissolve under the tongue ?

I've tried several brands of sublingual B12 products and these are hands down the best. They dissolve directly beneath your tongue really quickly unlike some which take ages and/or end up as a froth in your mouth.

Q: What is this sugar alcohol on the label when saying there is no salt and sugar in the tablets?

I have not seen sugar alcohol in the label?
