I am 170 cm, weighing around 70 kg. I needed a budget treadmill mostly for brisk walking and occasional running. I ordered the CTM 101 in mid-March, and I am writing this review in mid-May, after almost two months of usage.The ordering experience was good; I got it at a deal price of 18k during a sale.The delivery experience was pathetic in my area. I gave the delivery man a single star that day.I was so excited to use this machine that as soon as I set it up, which was pretty easy, I hopped onto it. My better half, who reduced her weight from 65 kg to around 60 kg, loves this machine.It works really well. It also worked with an inverter. Although I was a little apprehensive about that, it functions with an inverter too.The main reason I am writing this review is that yesterday, while I was running on it at the top speed of 14.8 with earbuds on, the machine suddenly jerked and stopped, showing E02 on the screen. This was scary and unexpected.I tried reaching out to customer care, but the number was not available as their timing is from 10 AM to 5 PM. I was disappointed. However, I reached out to online groups, and someone suggested tightening the belt and using lubrication, which I did. After that, I ran for 1 km more with no issues. I was relieved.This morning, they called me promptly, offered their assistance, and were willing to send a technician. They’ve called numerous times since morning for any help. I had to tell them to stop, saying the machine was fine the last I checked and that I would let them know if required.I am impressed not only by the machine, which is more than perfect for a person of my height and stature, but also by the after-sales service this brand offers.I made the right choice. Recommended 100%.

I picked up this based on earlier user reviews and was not disappointed. Build quality is good and it is easy to use. The display is clear, easy to fold/unfold and does not take much space to store either. The only downside that I saw was that it was not easy to apply the lubricant - need my kid who has small hands to lubricant. Using it almost on a daily basis without any issues

The media could not be loaded. Absolutely budget friendly product.!!Very helpful in daily routines and save our time in busy schedules. Easy to assemble and work on it...i recommend every working classes.. sturdiness ,space saver, the lnclination is quite good.mobility is always to up to mark. Especially the main benefit the calories burner

It was easy to follow the instructions and assemble the machine. An idea product for home and commercial use. Don't need anything more than this for a walk and jog. Very Sturdy. They even called me to remind for oiling the machine. Good customer service.

cheap and worth the price.

I recently purchased Cockatoo's treadmill. To my shock, the Amazon delivery person charged extra 1000 rupees , but both of them just dumped the product and left.I called the amazon customer care ( and everyone knows how pathetic the whole process is ). They outrightly denied that they won't do any installation. And they denied to take back the product.I found Cockatoo's online website and connected with their customer care. They were super helpful and came to install the very next day, on a Sunday even... They carried it to the first floor , all this FREE OF COST. where as the amazon delivery charged me 1000 rupees to get it down from their van and to walk four steps until my garage.So, my suggestion would be to buy it from them than from amazon. There's ZERO value buying from amazon.Product is fantastic. Amazingly sturdy. Love the inclination .. Size is perfect and compact.Weight capacity is 100 kg for running, so it perfectly safe .. There's even an inbuilt speaker .. Overall the best product in the market for half the price compared to other overly advertised products .The walking band is very good and has great grip.. Great support. It shows settings for time, distance, calorie loss..
