Will this hold an insulin vial

I have put my injection pens in and it holds 6 pens that are 4 across the bottom and two on top in the seam of the pens it’s snug but works for me ! I don’t have insulin vials so I wouldn’t be able to tell you with certainty! Good luck I haven’t had any issues with these for my purposes so far.
