Q: Where are these manufactured?

Made in China. Had I known that when I ordered it I would have passed. It is a decent quality though. I have since found that Nordic Ware brand is made in the USA. Hope this helps.

Q: What kind of metal is it?

I really don’t know, but it is a lightweight metal, so I am assuming aluminum.
