This derma pen will work as mentioned. You need to know at what speed & setting you want according to skin type.But be sure to use one needle cartridge for one person. They say you can sterilize it with sanitizer but in reality you cannot clean between the needles.You get 2 needles cartridges with the pack & need to buy more if you have to work on more than 2 people.Using same needles on different people will create infection & you will not get desired result.

its stopped working after one use

I will recommend everyone to use this microneedling dermapen rather than dermaroller.trust me guys with dermarollee you never can get amazing result.i an telling you my personal experience i have taken 5 sittings of dermaroller with 192 needles and 1.mm5 and 2.0mm but nothing got improved .finally i thought i should try dermapen and so i went for mym dermapen and used it with 2.5 mm in first sitting with dermapen following up previus 5 sittings of dermaroller .i cAn say i got 20 percent imrpovement withing 1st sitting.but one thing keep in your mind i use vit c ,niacinamide and hyluronic acid mixed up diy serum daily.i would suggest every2 to use this serum every day after nicroneedling.this serum will reduce that redness (hyoerpigmentation)whichrreappears after 10 days in each session of microneedling or dermarolling.so finally again i must say stop buying dermaroller those people who have icepick and deep scars and use dermapen..1 sitting of dermapen is better than 3 sittings of dermaroller and very less pain

I have used this Product 2-3 times and it's showed a little improvement..but after that it has stopped moving up and down . .Result was nice but it got issue in the machine..Amazon, please exchange it.If one get good machine without any faults then it's good, otherwise...it's not worthy it.

My cousin has the Dr. Pen and I wanted one but it was a bit expensive. This was 1/3rd the price and it works brilliantly. I've only used it twice (once a month), exhausting all the cartridges it came with, and the results are already noticeable. I had a crease/wrinkle on my forehead and it's practically gone now! I messed up the first time by not "stamping" my enlarged pores, but corrected for that upon the second session and even those have diminished somewhat. Get some lignocaine cream to numb your face if you're going to "stamp" affected areas beyond a needle depth of 1mm. I used to use the dns Derma roller (which I still maintain is great value for money and works excellently) but you can't realistically exceed a 0.5mm needle depth with it. This was a great upgrade, looks cheap but works great. Though the finish of the product is wanting, but I'm more concerned about the look I attain by using it.
