Works pretty well if you do it right.
This thing works but it's costly for the amount they're providing.First of all, people who are complaining in the reviews that this powder doesn't work have to keep in mind the following things:-1.There are several factors which influence the rooting of a cutting2.The medium in which you're going to place the cuttings must be sterile, maybe sundry the soil/cocopeat for a week or you can heat it on a pan.3.Along with the rooting hormone, you need to use anti-fungal powder like saaf or bavistin, especially for rose cuttings. This increases the chances of success.4.Place the planted cutting in a cool and shady place until it shows new growth.Never take it to sun before new shoots come out.5.The soil in which you place the cuttings must not be soggy,it must have good drainage and it must be porous enough.5.Do not use organic matter in the soil which you use for placing cuttings, such as vermicompost or vegetable peels as these cause rotting.Use plain garden soil with good amount of sand and cocopeat.6.Rooting takes some time, like 15~30 days or so,do not take out the cuttings from the soil time to time to check whether roots have been developed or not. Also, this products works great for air layering.Enjoy your rooting process.

Disappointed with the results
I purchased this product on 13th April, in anticipation of propogating my Cape Jasmine plant which is around for 20+ years now. I took cuttings mid May and early June during the onset of monsoons to mimic humid conditions helpful in propogating this variety. To my horror, all my softwood and hardwood cuttings have withered away (and made it to my compost bin) completely! I have been propogating multiple varieties using air layering, grafting and a few using plant cuttings. This is by far the most frustrating results ever achieved, no thanks to the rooting hormone quality, which to me, appears to be a farce! For all those YouTube reviewers out there, please do a worthwhile job while you are at it!!

Same day delivery
I needed it urgently to plant Gandhraj cutting that I had brought from our Nashik home, before I left for a tour. I got it delivered on the same day , so that I could plant it. It seems to be working though i will come to know actual results after 5/6 weeks. Though it is expensive , one actually needs very small quantity, and this pack will last for quite some time. The negative part is excessive packing with bubble wrap for a small plastic container. Amazon's packaging practices are environmentally harmful.
