Q: Can you use this for baking a cake ?

I would assume you could. I haven't really used it very much. I have used it as a hot chocolate beverage.

No, it's not like regular unsweetened cocoa powder. This one has sugar and it's meant for coffee drinks, or hot cocoa.

Q: Does anyone have the recipe on the back to make this a sause? I accidentally threw away the bag for the ratios and instructions

Here is the recipe on the back of the bag: "In a bowl or shaker, mix together 1 lb (453 g) cafe powder with 1 cup (240 ml) cold water or desired liquid. Keep sauce chilled, not letting temperature rise above 40 degrees F. Use within 24 hours."
