Excellent Customer Service when confronted with a problem

I recently wrote a review complaining about my Brydge Air Max+ for Ipad Air 4th Gen ( in my case, it was for an iPad Air 5 ), but I do not see it in the reviews, and I checked all of them.Anyway, the problem I had was not in the build. It is very well constructed. Great for protecting your iPad investment. My problem was internal. There were things happening with the Bluetooth connection where it was constantly dropping the connection when I used it while I was out at, like, a Starbucks or something. The other problem, which was the deal breaker, was when my keyboard, all of a sudden, started typing numerous "a"s on its own. Like it was possessed.So I contacted Brydge about it, then they replied back asking for a video of the problem. I sent them some footage, and then they sent me a new on in about 2 weeks (although they said it would be delivered between 24-48 hours, but I live in Japan not America, so...)The Customer Service Rep. was very professional and understanding. It was a good experience dealing with Brydge. Now I just have to see how well their product will do. This is the second one.
