Q: Will it work on ears?

It absolutely will! We're actually developing a special kit with a special shaped applicator just for that. But this kit will work too.

Q: I don't have a microwave. Any alternatives?

YES! 1: Take a saucepan with a lid and fill with 1cm of water. 2: Take the wax jar, remove the wax jar lid and place the jar upright in the water. 3: Put the lid on the saucepan and boil the water over a low heat. 4: Make sure the water is simmering and and check intermittently to make sure it is not too hot. 5: It should take between 5-10 minutes to melt the wax - check with the plastic applicator. The pot has a melting temperature of about 140 degrees C. This method is not endorsed by Kenashii because if you overcook the pot it will melt. But it does work.

Q: how effective is he wax after multiple uses/reheating?

I have a different experience. After 5 uses, it’s incredibly hard to reheat.
