Okay,Like any detox herbal remedies, some are more powerful than others. This product let's you know it's contents, but not necessarily it's concentration. The bottle only says take 1Mil / day. I would stick with that for a few weeks. I say this because I'm only on day 3 and I started feeling it's effects on day two. Much of the ingredients I'm familiar with, and all of which are excellent for a lymph cleanse.This total combination is powerful. DO NOT exceed the 1Mil/day for about a week. You could up it after, just go slow. Your getting your $ worth.... I am considering starting to take some Diatomaceous Earth and/or some charcoal in a few days. when your system releases what's in your nodes, it will dump into your blood and digestive system for removal. if you have a lot of built up toxins, YOU WILL FEEL IT.So go slow and (This is NOT medical advice, this is just my journey) It's step one of three. Having swelling in my right calf, ankle and foot! Found this, which is supposed to help to activate the lymph system! I take it once a day, and have been elevating my foot at night, and massaging the lymph nodes in the groin area, behind my knee, and ankle! And the swelling is improving! Some days totally gone! Other days a little tight in the calf area🧐. Will continue to use, and see if it completely clears the problem!

Found out I have cysts in my breasts so taking this supplement to help with that condition. Have been taking for 5 days and I think it helps. It’s subtle or gentle. It’s yummy. I take it in the morning along with breakfast—easy to use. No stomach upset. I got the 2 pack—one to keep in my house and one at work.

I've used this daily for a couple of weeks. I do see a small difference in my face but I am not too sure if it's due to using this or changing up my diet as well. It does have a strong taste to it so I usually add it to a bit of water or cranberry juice to tone it down.

Both my husband and I tried this and we both got the same results- extreme pain in the lower intestines and pain in our legs. We both too half a dose and experienced this every time we tried it. I have lymphedema after my surgery and this did seem to help with leg swelling but the pain in my lower intestines was so intense it sent me to bed both times I tried it a half dose. I had to lay down with a heating pad hoping it would wear off soon- took six hours to wear off.If you have any issues with the herbs you need to look them up as some can cause pretty bad side effects. Too bad it tasted ok and seemed to help with swelling but the pain was not worth it. I did not expect a cleanse to go good but I did not expect sheer pain- and I can tolerate a LOT of pain.

I don’t know if I am seeing results. But it’s season when everyone is getting sick my immune system is amazing everyone in my household got sick. I would be the next one sick right after my kids got better. I haven’t gotten sick at all. The taste is amazing. you don’t have to dilute it with anything. The price went up since I bought it. Love the natural ingredients. Easy to swallow.

Saw no difference. Felt no difference dropper leaks. Vendor is cooperating though

So far so good. Using for a week now and you can tell my body is getting rid of lots of toxins and stuff that does not belong. Using the bathroom frequently. Mostly urine however some diarrhea so be careful.
