Extremely pleased with the sound quality especially for music playback. Purchased this earpiece to use while walking my dog rather than use my Apple iPods which get me mesmerized with the music distracting me from our surroundings which regularly involves meet ups with coyotes. Connectivity to my iPhone 16 Pro Max is flawless. Charging is quick & alert that unit is full charged, easy to observe. Talk sound quality, also exceptional. Definitely, a frugal fine!

Originally shipped without the ear loop, replacement was quick and easy. Good quality, clear sound, quick and easy to sync.

For the past two years I have been using Jabra Bluetooth which did not totally function with the phone. It did not play any of the videos on YouTube or any music I could only use it to talk to people that called me or that I call. Excellent call signal quality - both outgoing and incoming. Battery life is decent, not exceptional in any way. Price is good, and appropriate for the product.The problem? The ear cradle is a soft material ... too soft. It doesn't really stay in the ear, and there's no compensatory gain with comfort, either.
