Great taste and great clean energy!
Great tasting, no jitters and just a quality product. The caffeine amount and content is perfect and I love that the ingredients are from Green Tea and Guarana. It’s also 100% vegan if that’s your thing. This is a great way to not drink coffee and/or drink less as coffee is not good for your teeth with it being acidic. Having them in little packets also makes it easy to take to work. Really love these and the taste. Great tasting energy for keeping my mind sharp and my eyes open.

An awesome product with a poor value
I like to try new drinks or drink mixes, so I ordered these Ginseng sticks. The recommended way of use is to mix it with 8oz of water. When you mix it, it starts to carbonate immediately, creating a foam top in your glass. The drink smells strong and nice, but I found the taste to be too overpowering. The next time, I mixed it with 16oz of water, and it was much better. Each stick contains 55mg of caffeine, providing a smooth energy boost. I liked this product for what it is, but I find the value for the price to be ridiculous.

if you got the money go for it - otherwise look for alternatives.
Taste good - helps for need for caffeine - however terribly expensive….almost 2.50 per packet —- too pricy and I will be looking for alternatives…..

Game Changer
I live with several chronic illnesses. As a result, I deal with a lot of fatigue. When I saw this as a possible energy booster, I didn't know what to think. So I decided to try it. The first day I tried it, I accidentally caused an explosion. The instructions advise against pouring the mix into a full water bottle because the product might "fizz". I thought I was OK pouring a packet into a half-full bottle of water and shaking it. (What was I thinking?) Once I took the cap off, kaboom! I had achieved what the directions had warned me against. So I would advise using a glass and a spoon to mix it together. When I took my first sip of the product, I personally didn't like the taste at all. I didn't think the flavor tasted similar to either mango or peach. I drank it all and then waited a couple of hours. I didn't detect any change to my energy levels. I felt the same as before. i decided to try it again the next day, and this time I had a completely different experience. I still didn't care for the flavor, but I noticed a pretty big increase in my energy level. I went from heavy eyelids just lounging around to a good 3-4 hours of enough energy to craft at a desk. For me, that is a game changer. This product is a bit pricey for me, but what is a few hours of energy worth? For me, it is worth investing some money into something that allows me to do what I love on a day that I am otherwise feeling completely wiped out. I will definitely repurchase this item as I haven't found any other product that has successfully given me noticeable increased energy levels.

Basically just flavored water
I was so excited to try this. A burst of fizz and energy! Just what I need! In order to avoid the “fizz explosion” that was referenced in the item description, I put this in a tumbler of water and mixed it with a straw. Any fizz that occurred only happened in my mouth during the first few sips, like drinking lightly carbonated water. No recognizable fizz in my cup. I don’t usually like mango flavors, but the peach paired with (and masked) it nicely. I finished the tumbler, and . . . Nothing. I forgot is was supposed to even have any energy-boosting properties at that point. In all, it was very underwhelming. No fizz. No energy burst. Just nicely flavored water, which I can do at a much more affordable price.

Yep. I intend to purchase more.
Okay, here's my review of this product after a few uses. They taste good - no issue there. They get fizzy - not sure it's needed, but okay. They don't give me gas or any digestive issues - it's a big deal to me, so yay! They are a bit sweet but not too much. I am not fond of sweet drinks unless being used to mask bad alcohol, lol.So, how about the energizing promises made?Well, it's got a bit of a boost, yes. It does create a feeling of jitteriness if you have too many. Definitely not something you do back-to-back.For me, balancing energy boosts with not jacking up my blood pressure is always the trick. I found that if I dilute this a bit, it's perfect and I don't get the jitters.I love coffee and that's my morning go-to. But mid afternoon, I look for something to boost and don't want to do coffee. So, this is perfect. Now, the first time I used this, I went full-strength at 4 pm. I was wideawake four hours past my usual bedtime. And I had a weird sense of anxiety most the evening.I didn't register it was this. Two days later, I found myself really dragging all day so I did two of these, back to back, during the day.I was really jittery and my heart was racing a bit. So, I learned that less.A week later, I tried it again.I used 1.5 the recommended water and it gave me what I wanted and the negative impacts were barely noticiable.Yes, I know that FOR ME, any caffeine/stimulant consumed after 2 pm. will result in issues at 10 pm (staring at the ceiling).I also don't use these every day. This really is something for when I feel sluggish.I won't address the ingredients or such because you can read those yourself. And, of course, all things I am reporting are purely relative to me and my own body and someone else WILL have different experiences because no two bodies are identical.Do I think it's worth the price? Yep. I intend to purchase more.
