Surprisingly Good Taste for Being Unflavored.
Arbonne Be Well Superfood Greens came in a 7.8 oz container that contains 30 servings. Each serving is a mere 30 calories with 3 grams of fiber and made up of spirulina and other various greens, along with quite a few fruits and quinoa extracts. Unlike most greens products, it does contain an insignificant amount of cane sugar (1 gram) that actually proves an advantage (more on that in a moment). The product dissolved fairly well using simple spoon stirring and when added to water, became basically a green liquid with a small number of visible seeds. Once I drank most of it, there was a bit of sludgy residue left over in the bottom of the cup, so while this product can be prepared without additional equipment, I would still recommend a blender or shaker bottle. My biggest takeaway from this brand of greens is how good it actually tasted. I've tried quite a bit of greens product, both flavored and unflavored with hit or miss results. Most of the unflavored ones had to be mixed with something other than water, like a sports drink or juice, as they wound up tasting too much like grass, so I was initially skeptical of this one. But I must say that 1 gram of added cane sugar made all the difference and I found it not only tolerable with plain water, but even somewhat enjoyable. This makes it much better than other unflavored greens and drinking it, I did not feel like a cow grazing. For a far superior unflavored greens product with superfoods power, I can definitely recommend this brand.

An Impressive Array of Nutrient Rich Ingredients.
A read through Arbonnes’ BeWell Superfood Powder indicates an impressive array of richly nutritional ingredients. These include the phytonutrients found in sea plants like spirulina and chlorella, among others, along with the nutrients and fiber found in fruits and vegetables. All contained in about 1-tablespoon of powder.Arbonne has categorized the BeWell ingredients in five proprietary blends that include Greens, Yellows, Reds, Blues and an Omega-3 Seed Blend. The powder is also enhanced with small percentages of additional daily vitamins and minerals. Other ingredients include inulin, and, unfortunately, cane sugar, although less than one gram per serving. Arbonne doesn’t indicate a flavor for their powder, and other than sweetness, none is perceptible, at least when mixed in an almond milk smoothie. For that reason, it combines well with any flavor of the users choosing. In fact, for my part, I prefer unflavored nutritional powders for exactly that reason. The color associated with each of the “Blends” is indicative of the variety of fruits and vegetables it incorporates, for example, the Red blend includes red coffee bean, tomatoes, beets and cherry, to name a few. In the Blue blend is found purple sweet potato, along with a number of blue colored berries; and so it goes with the other blends. The seed blend consists of flax and quinoa seed, providing not only fiber, but antioxidants as well. All told, the ingredients included in the BeWell powder encompass an imaginative and wholesome variety of nutrient rich food sources to provide a daily intake of vitamins, minerals, fiber, prebiotics and antioxidants, particularly the Supergreens blend.Although the seller notes that the powder is 100% vegan, no indication is given on the jar or the Amazon PoP page as to the quality of the ingredients, for example, are they non-GMO? The powder’s plastic container states that it’s made in Canada from “imported ingredients,” often a catch phrase for Chinese ingredients. China has been known to irradiate farm raised algae such as spirulina and chlorella prior to export, essentially rendering them nutrition-less. That said, Arbonne makes the general statement, found in their Amazon Store, that they use non-GMO ingredients. There is also the intimation, again as a generalization, that their products are third-party tested for purity. I say intimation because only a fragment of the claim is readable due to the size of the font. More specificity would be welcomed.

Packed with healthful ingredients
The reason I decided to try this product is to improve my overall health. I am a 66 year old man who has lost 30 pounds over the last 16 months and began daily exercise about 4 months ago. This product delivers the nutritional support to help me take the workouts and weight loss to the next level. After about three weeks I believe I can feel more energy and endurance though all of my daily activities; I still work full time in an active job. The 36 fruits and vegetables cover the spectrum of berries, fruits and vegetables as well as grasses and algae. As far as taste, it is exactly what I expected; not a hot fudge sundae kind of experience, it must be really good for you, it seems to work for me. As far as value, there are 30 servings per container, so $2.00 per serving is less than the snacks I stopped eating 30 pounds ago. If you are looking for the real deal in nutritional support, this product is highly recommended.

Strong alfalfa fragrance
I have used various Arbonne products for the past 30 years and was excited to try this. But as soon as I opened the Arbonne fruits & veggies powder, there was a whelming fragrance of alfalfa. Unfortunately, I'm allergic to several grasses, with alfalfa and barley being two of them. Since I wasn't able to test this product, I mixed a little bit up for my husband. He said there was very little flavor, which is good, and overall would drink it if I mixed it in a smoothie (he wasn't sure he could drink green water). It dissolved and mixed easily with just straight tap water, neither ice cold nor hot. Taking pills are probably easier, but this has the added benefit of being able to be added to a morning health protein smoothie. I took one star off because I only noticed the wheatgrass mentioned, but did not see the alfalfa grass in some of the seller's screenshots (under the ingredients it was in very fine print that I saw after the fact). This is chock full of many different items, all of them beneficial in one way or another. Normally I would give this a three-star (because of the grasses), but since it mixed easily, dissolved rapidly, and was drinkable (per my husband), I added an extra star for a four-star rating.
