Q: can it be used to help seal cracks in heat exchangers?

I might, however I would not count on this product to protect from the exhaust gases that may pass through the heat exchanger . If possible I would remove the cracked unit and either replace of braze up the crack.

Q: Eletric hot water pot seam is leaking water, Can I use it to seal the seam ?

Just an 80 yr old women to answer: I don't know, It was use on our free standing fireplace for the seam around the door and worked fine. You could probably get an answer from the Rutland company.

Q: I have a crack in the glass could this be used to seal that so it doesnt crack anymore ??

I doubt it but it does harden up pretty good

Q: How long must it be heated to cure? Is the temperature rating continuous duty?
