Actual 102% sRGB colour gamut + on/off solution inside!
This is THE monitor to get if you care about the picture, want 1080p, and don't want touch. I am a digital artist and while I don't use this monitor for that purpose, I know what to look for and how to test. If this is what you want, feel free to ignore the rest of my review and proceed to purchase the sRGB 100% version I bought. Before I go on, a note about the blinking on and off issue some others report: IT REQUIRES POWER. Oy vey. To be fair, unlike some of this monitor's cousins, this monitor does not come with a power adapter. That said, it should require a 15w, 5v connector or Power Delivery brick. Either should work. I'm using a cheap PD one. They're easy to find here if you need one, or use an old laptop charger that has Power Delivery. The power delivered over HDMI is NOT sufficent and if you read the troubleshooting portion of the digital only manual, this is quite clear. Now, the negatives:- The stand arm covers the ports when closed, but it can be closed in the OPPOSITE direction. Not a big deal- VESA mount holes are only two, not the full four. Again, not a big deal and very common on portable monitors.- The menu buttons are a little small and awkward. Nice, clean design though! And you won't be messing with them THAT much and they're really not that bad. I prefer this to accidentally pressing a button like on some other designs.- The gamut is actually 86% of sRGB and 102% gamut volume coverage; this is standard, but just know that while it can show the full range of the sRGB gamut (and then some), it is slightly off in a small number of places. Your eye will NOT be able to tell the difference, and even on my expensive art monitors, this is common.- It does not come with a power brick, so you must provide your own. A 5v 2a phone charger may work. Again, not a big deal for the price; you're going to collect power bricks over time anyway if you haven't already.None of these are deal breakers. I love this monitor. I wish it had touch, but I value picture quality over a touch interface and I knew what I was getting: a quality monitor from a semi-name brand. You get exactly what you think you're getting. Have the bare basic technological knowledge to, you know, plug it in, and it will serve you well. Insanely good monitor for the price. Sceptre knocked it out of the park with the 100% sRGB upgrade to their Kado line.

Me gustó

A Good Little Monitor
I use it with my phone to watch TV and movies on. It has a good, clear and crisp picture, and its build is pretty decent quality. It also comes with a mini HDMI cable, which is needed for its mini HDMI port. It also comes with a very nice felt sleeve with a good hoop-and-loop closure. The only issues I have with it, are that its little control buttons and menus are a bit fiddly. Otherwise, its a great little monitor.

I'm enjoying it so much that I have to leave a review, haha!
Great little extended monitor, and it has made my life so much easier now. I wish I had known about it before. It has three connection ports: two USB-C, and one HDMI. As soon as I plugged in the cable, my MacBook recognized the monitor right away and I didn't need to do any configuration on my laptop's settings. There are two ways to connect the Kado monitor to my laptop: HDMI and USB-C.1. HDMI: while connected through the HDMI port, the monitor also needs to be in a "charging mode" (which you can do through one of the USB-C ports) so the monitor can actually light up and start working. The music is played through the speaker on the Kado monitor.2. USB-C port: the monitor is both being charged and connected to display images. You'll have less cables hanging out on the desk. For my personal workstation, I don't have a desktop yet, so I have been working off my laptop and hovering over its one-and-only 13' monitor. Multitasking was doable on one screen, but I needed to divide my screen by reshaping all the windows I was using. Yet, after I got this monitor and connected it to my laptop, oh boy! A simple and easy drag-and-drop of any applications or windows you are working on to Kado, and you can work off two monitors at the same time. No additional setup is needed, no harddrive or software needs to be downloaded, no account needs to be set up, the monitor responds quickly to my mouse movement and keyboard typing without any lag or delay, and even my personalized wallpaper shows up on Kado's extended monitor. I also like the fact that I can play YouTube music on Kado and put it on the side, the music projects through Kado's speaker as opposed to coming through my laptop's speaker. Now, it feels like a personalized music player on the side. Now with this hassle-free extended monitor, I find myself working on my personal laptop more often and have had so much done faster than I expected. I wish I had this extended and easy-to-carry monitor when I was in school many years ago: it would have saved me so much time to do homework and notes! Anyhow, glad that I got this now and very happy with this product.

Great Portable Monitor
Been using this in my semi truck with a tablet mount to play some xbox games. So far its worked great and of course has been easy to move around super thin and quick connections making it super easy to use with my consoles and my laptop. The quality of the display is great at 1080p no problem along with screen being pretty bright letting me play games even with my curtains and everything opened up in my truck.

Not worth it.
Not worth the purchase. Had the monitor inside of the protective case, and it slipped and fell, crack the screen while in the case. Reached out to the manufacturer, and was told that the case was for dust and scratch prevention. So what’s the point of offering a case if a can protect the screen from a simple fall. I only had this for two months, and now it’s money down the drain. I also reached out to Amazon, and it’s past the window for them to do anything as well. So Money lost.
