I was so excited to try this!!I went with the liquid drops, though I kind of wish I had tried the tablets instead. The tablets actually have a higher dose of Methylene Blue for some reason.My concern with the liquid, besides accidentally staining my counters and floors, is the "Pina Colada flavor." It doesn't taste BAD, though I also wouldn't say it tastes like Pina Colada. For something that is supposed to be so good for your health, I wish it didn't have artificial flavors. "Natural flavor" is a little vague, but at least Stevia is the sweetenerI was not particularly sensitive to this and took whole droppers (the recommended liquid serving) in water or juice. My coworker, however, tried a few drops and felt "wired" afterwards, perhaps in a bad way, He said he couldn't sleep that night. If you are sensitive to caffeine or stimulants, maybe start with a low dose and slowly increaseOverall, it is a little pricey for a single ounce (30 day supply), but the supposed health benefits are fantastic. Energy levels are up. Coffee drinking is down. For 20 years I’ve used energy drinks and coffee to maintain cognitive sharpness but it always came at the cost of jitters or over caffeination. Methylene blue is a game changer. Feel absolutely great. Have to manage dosage because I like it so much. But that just speaks to how effective it is.Also, I take the tablets at night and it actually helps me sleep. But in talking to other people I dont think it works like that for everyone. But if you were ever diagnosed hyper active or cant turn off the mind - try it at night. Got the best sleep in over a decade with the MB tablets.Like this so much- ended up watching hours of MB videos and took their 10x Methylation gene test… TBD on results.Added video because I saw people say it was not blue. The first time I order this was great. The next two bottles where discolored, greenish brown, with small solids in the liquid. Unable to return and will not order again.
