My sister in law started me on this to help with nutrition when she found out I had surgery & was going to have chemo. There were a lot of times that I was so nauseated that I couldn't eat anything & these provided me with the immune support, protein, & vitamins I needed. At first I was only able to sip on them but it helped keep my energy up. They are surprisingly filling. Though I wouldn't say the taste is great, they do taste better than any of the other nutrition shakes I've drank & there is a variety of flavors. I had last chemo in February 2025 & still continue to buy these for days when I don't have much appetite or in place of a snack for energy. I gave 4 stars for flavor & because the texture gets thick if they are frozen than thawed out. Will & do buy again.

I have at least two of these drinks, a week. I find them to taste good and help me to feel full, at least for a while.The consistency is smooth and easy to swallow. I like to refrigerate mine and I'll often use them to take my morning meds and supplements. I always shake mine and have never tasted any lumps or anything nasty.The size is just right to slip into a bag or a big jacket pocket to drink later or while on the road.What really drew me in was the whopping 30 grams of Protein in each container!! That's good nutrition and also what helps you to feel full.I've tried a variety of flavors and the Strawberries & Cream is definitely my favorite.I feel the price for a large pack of the drinks is reasonable, especially when you consider the Protein content. If you drink these, every day, I can see it getting costly ... but you should also consider what you would spend on eating or drinking something else for the same purpose.

I don't detect that metallic taste some of the other flavors seem to have.

I purchased this for my mom, she is 84, and she said they’re delicious, they keep her full and it spike her blood sugar.

I love these Premier Protein shakes and they multiple great flavors. Low calorie count, 1 gram of sugar and low carb. This is perfect for a 30 gram of protein in each shake. The quality is fantastic and smells just as good as it tastes. It isn't very thick like a powder shake and I drink the entire 11oz in a couple gulps. Very high quality and I recommend it and continue to drink it daily
