It is a cool looking watch that does keep time well. The strap is very stiff and uncomfortable and will not stay closed. A simple press on the band or wrist bend will pop the strap open. Also, the two buttons on the left side I believe are only decorative as it does not come with instructions or an c=actual watch box only a cardboard box. If you want to gift you will need a better box
