The media could not be loaded. As someone who suffers from chilblains this cream has been a life saver this winter. With regular application it keeps the hands warm and protected even in icy weather. Absorbs quickly, isn’t greasy, and actually does what it promises. Perfect for winter walks or anyone tired of having icicle fingers! I've tried lots of these types of creams before and they have always smelled awful but this one actually has a really pleasant smell. It immediately halts the itchiness from chilblains, heals them quickly and actually protects the hands from chilblains forming. I have a tube of this cream in every bag I own!

I started using this cream on my hands a few weeks ago, as I suffer from chilblains in the colder months. Applying before I go outside seems to have the beneficial effect of keeping my hands warm for several hours. However, I don't think the cream is curing the chilblains in the long term, not that the advert claims this will happen. A decent product but not a miracle!

My hands have become extremely dry since overusing hand sanitiser during COVID. After trying about dozen hand creams, I found this to be one of the best. It doesn't sting (too much - obviously this depends on the condition of the skin), it heals cracks and moisturises. (Strangely I found some other famous brands that heal cracks but at the same time they make my skin even more dry so it cracks again. ) This one both heals and moistures. Not sure how it normally absorbs, because I use a lot and apply it before going to bed and I wear cotton gloves overnight. I wish it was not so pricey.

Having been plagued with chilblains on & off for 40 years, I had a particularly bad bout this month when the very cold weather started. Operations on my legs have affected my mobility so I've not been moving around very much, adversely affecting circulation. The itch & swelling was driving me crazy & also affecting my sleep, though luckily they never got to the stage of breaking open. I tried lots of creams & remedies, including pee (not very nice)! Nothing seemed to work for long. Then I found this & it's been a life saver. I apply to all my toes both morning and night, and also before I go out into the cold & when I get back in again. I wear a good thick pair of thermal socks indoors & nice cosy slippers (Snoozies are good) during the day and also in bed, & the chilblains have gone away, even though the weather is still freezing. As soon as I applied the cream the first time, I felt some instant relief which then became more consistent after regular usage, and two weeks later I have no chilblains. My toes still get cold, but when they warm up, they no longer itch or swell up like big red chipolata sausages! This cream has saved my sanity as well as my toes & comes strongly recommended. It also smells really nice. Do try to keep your body at a constant temperature though, & take lots of hot drinks (ginger tea is good) & hot food, as well as wearing warm layers of clothing. It all helps to keep your core warmth at a constant temperature. Chilblains are hellish but this cream works really well & I will continue to use it daily throughout the winter.

I have used this product for a few days and it does not seem to stop the itching or tenderness from the chilblains. I don't know if it requires a longer time to yield results.

I have two toes that are really red and itchy some of the time. I think I may have a nail infection but to be honest I'm not sure whether this is the cause of the itching or if I may have chilblains. Either way this is the only cream that stops the itching almost immediately and also keeps it at bay. If my toes flare up I use it morning and evening and even if they are okay I still use it at night. A small amount goes a long way so this cream is well worth the money for me.

Good stuff for chilblains

I’ve suffered from finger chill blains for years and from reading reviews decided to try this brand. It’s been absolutely amazing so far. My fingers are still a little red, but I tend to put in on before going out which reduces any pain or swelling in my fingers.
