It seems like you have to melt a lot of real butter to get any decent coverage or flavor on popcorn. I gave this a try and you get more flavor while using less. Helps popcorn seasoning to stick better to the popcorn too. The bottle squirts out the oil so you can control how much you use. I haven’t used this to pop with since my microwave popcorn bowl doesn’t require oil.

Works great, tastes great. I can get a giant jug of different branded popping oil at my local restaurant supply store, but I I dont go thru that much oil so using this is a great deal.

This stuff was disgusting, it smells like a$$ and tasted like rancid oil. It in no way resembles the buttery oil they use at the movie theaters. It wasn't beyond its best by date either, but I am going to say it was without a doubt rancid. Because if it wasn't rancid, then this is some nasty tasting stuff. Two thumbs down, had to throw away the first and only batch of popcorn I put it on.

The flavor is buttery but not salted butter you will probably need to add a little salt but the aroma and coloring is good

Thought this was a popcorn butter flavor topping. Actually have no use for popping oil. Sure it works good, just not for me.
