There is so much to say about my micro needle derma roller pen! VERY easy to use - I charge it before first use, about 2 hours. I use it everyday after I warm up and wash my face, for about 20 minutes. Does not give me pain, and after a few days my skin pores are smaller and doesn't irritate my skin. It also helps remove my acne scars, and to prevent fast aging skin. My skin feels softer and looks smoother! It comes with the charger, and extra micro needle refills, but I do not change them out every day - each needle set lasts about a week if I am gentle with them. These refills will last me a long time, and when it's time to refill, I know where to buy them! If you are on the hook and are thinking to get this set or not - think no more - this is the best skin tool you will ever need! Excellent product!

The cost of facial treatments is so expensive and I can't afford to go too often so, based on a recommendation from my Medi spa skin provider, I purchased this micro needling tool. It is very easy to use and the results are quite satisfying. I am not a aesthetician and I find it doable. I recommend watching a video or two about how to use it - but, it is safe and effective, the pain is tolerable w/o any lidocaine (which I have not purchased). however, I have not increased the needle depth past 1.0. Anyway - I highly recommend if you want to do your own maintenance w/o the Medi spa cost.

I recommend that all my clients purchase this to use at home, it comes with wonderful instructions and it’s a very high-quality device. No need to spend thousands of dollars on fancy med spa treatments when you learn how to use this device at home.

First of all, the handle arrived sticky I cleaned it right away with alcohol.2nd I tried 2 types of needle, the nano one fits but it doesn’t go up or down it just vibrates. Which doesn’t make any sense technically its supposed to glide over your face. If it doesn’t go up and down you might as well get the manual version. And the other needle head I tried didn’t fit the device at all.Total garbage I don’t understand how this device has any good reviews.Now I have to pay for someone to pick it up for the return.

I have purchased a few of the Sergand microneedling tools now and am consistently impressed. With rising med spa prices, being able to do this at home with likewise - if not better- results has made these purchases worth it for me. I have noticed an improvement in my eye area after using this for a year consistently 1-2x a month for sure. Apparently, the results are seen 3-4 weeks after use, which is why I like to overlap. I have definitely seen my fine superficial lines plump and improve , which means the microneedling is signaling for the collagen production to repair the skin and therefore improve the texture and quality. Highly recommend but also be careful and start conservatively, I know sometimes it’s easy to want to start on a higher setting but I would be cautious. I still only use .25 …I’d rather go slow and steady than sprint and severely damage the skin.
