They are thermal fuses. They are shorts until you exceed the temperature, at which point they open up, cutting off current flow to your device.

Q: What is the amp rating at 110v?

10 Amps. The rating of the current doesn't change with voltage, 250 volts it just the maximum voltage rating for the fuse. It can be used safely at voltages below that at its rated current.

The Fuses came with a chart, I don't remember the exact frequency of the chart but I due remember them being on a Temperature chart. The Voltage in Amps were very hot compared to the ones I replaced. It was very hard to get the numbers I wanted as far as all the numbers went. The closest I got to the Amps & Temp I needed for an appliance, still changed a lot about Duty Cycle and Heat Cycles. I under sized which I recommend Highly if your plug and playing, the surface is Coated and Protected and very hot "usually". The Thermal Fuses were very well mated to lighter silver solder I chose. I ran them on 120-Volt branch circuit for kitchen, some applications could be wired in series to increase the output or decrease based on Appliance needs/Schematics. Most of fuse kits were setup at-10 amps out of box. ::Once again please be careful these Thermal Fuses can cause MAJOR Electronics and or FIRES/BURNS!!! And can be very dangerous to install, please exercise all safety practices while working on and around parts/ equip. Something I like to always say for peace in life.. _Thanks hope this info helps..
