This is a great bike! It is so quiet, sturdy, and the seat and back support are comfortable. There are wheels that are so well positioned that I (a senior granny) can easily move the bike when necessary. Other features are an easy to operate panel displaying vital info, a ledge for a cell phone or book, a sliding mechanism for seat adjustment, and removable elastic straps for arm/upper body work.ALL THIS AT AN AFFORDABLE PRICE!

Purchased for my husband's stroke rehab. It seems solidly built and works well for him. We are both fairly handy with tools and it took a couple hours to assemble. The directions for the monitor aren't great and we are still figuring it out. He is mostly just interested in the time and just uses his phone for that. It is comfortable to use and the resistance is easy to adjust. I would give it 5 stars if not for the monitor and that may just be ignorance of the senior citizens using it.

We love our new indoor bike. It took us a few hours to assemble, but likely because we fussed with the wiring too long trying to attach front handle bar and then the wires fell through the tube. Other than that the directions to put together are great. All the screws and nuts very organized. It is very well built. I didn’t give it a five only because the display and instructions to use are meh. The distance is also in kilometers which we don’t like as Americans. I do think there could be a better display on this bike. The heart rate reading works great too. And, let’s not forget the resistance bands for arm exercises while you cycle. I can honestly highly recommend this bike. Enjoy!

It was not difficult for my daughter to put together. The video and written instructions included with the bike were good. I am pleased with its quietness and stability while using.

April 2 2025 updated the earlier review to 5 stars. The vendor did send a replacement seat. The bike works very good and my wife loves it.When we received the bike, we discovered a small tear in the seat. We reported as per the instructions and sent photos of the damage when requested. We have NOT heard anything back as to if they plan to send us a replacement or not.Since no response, we are considering sending the bike back to Amazon.We have assembled and the bike does work well, but concerned the seat will not hold up.

During Covid lock down I purchased my first excise bike through Amazon. The bike works good but a bit light in resistance. 4 yrs after, i decided to replace the bike with one that has more resistance, and I found this one. It claimed to have maximum of 65lb resistance. I Shopping from Amazon means I have to purchase, assemble before I can test it. After hard work of open box, following manu to assemble the bike. To my disappointment that at its maximum resistance setting, the new bike is weaker than my old bike! I measure the paddle of bike by a pull scale. Reading was 35 lb or less, not as claimed 65 lb. Return the bike? Means to spend more time to disassemble and pack. Anyway, putting back parts back to the shipping box happened to be a tough tricky puzzle game. I know it will be very frustrating. Reluctantly I decided to keep the bike. Also found the front foot of the bike is shorter than my old bike's. Either put on hard floor or carpet, the front part (the display, front hand bar structure) will be swinging left and right a little bit responding to padding. Recheck and tighten up all fasteners do not improve the issue. I think the bike may be helpful to those who do not workout much. The light resistance to them could be just fine.
