This simple little patch works like a charm. We learned that melatonin looses its effectiveness after long term use. We had built up to 12 mg and it wasn't working. Switched to these little patches and are very happy to be getting a quality night's sleep. They do have melatonin at a lower dose, but have a few other natural sleep aids, which all seems to gently and effectively keep us sleeping more soundly. I was concerned about the lavender sent, which I generally do not care for, but this is very subtle and I have come to really like the addition as I fall asleep. Have ordered twice now!

take a bit of time to make me go to sleep however once i fall asleep its a deep sleep I have a hard time sleeping and wake in two to three hours with the patch i sleep at least 5 to 6 hours which is good for me

This product does NOTHING to encourage sleep I tried 1 patch.....didnt work tried 2 patches and still nothing..its a scam they dont offer any return policy of any type and that should have been the signal to avoid the purchase

This product works. The first night I tried it, I had a good night's sleep. First in many years. I went through the 60 patches. I am on the second set of 60. The calm I have when sleeping. Sleep patches give my mind a rest. i am glad I found something that works to help me sleep

Not sure.If they work or not however, Here's a marketing tip.Have you checked the spelling & grammar on your packaging and in your add?? Needs proofing bad.That's why it makes me feel like they come from over sea and makes me feel hesitant..Just a suggestion.
