I have been looking for an alternative to the Pruvit Ketones for years, and this product is just as effective as the Pruvit brand.Finally, a product that works just as well at Pruvit and costs a fortune less!! Whoohoo I’m so happy and excited to cancel my subscription with them.I wasn’t expecting it to match the effectiveness since evoo tried before hasn’t work, but I get the high laser focus, energy, and curbs my appetite from sugar and carbs. The taste is amazing too, I usually add my ketones with sparkling water, it’s so refreshing and good.

I am doing a keto lifestyle with intermittent fasting only 20 carbs a day and I break my fast at noon but I drink this at 11:00 right after my fasted exercise and I have lost a total of 123 lb. 54 of it since I started taking this in June 2022This is not a cure all if you are not living keto lifestyle. But I will say it completely curbs my cravings( especially around that time of the month when I need something sweet) and some times after drinking it I don't even really feel hungry enough to break my fast. It gives me all kinds of energy. And it has been consistent with flavor everytime I but it. I use less than a full scoop in a bottle of water because I think one scoop is too sweet. I will say shake it up every once in awhile cause it gets salty at the bottom.I have used much more expensive ketones but I prefer these. I am so thankful these go on sale often also. I've only tried this flavor and I think I'll stick with it. So glad I found these but don't waste your time if you're not following a ketogenic lifestyle.Hope this helps

The taste is great in water and tea. Helps me not feel less affect after eating too many carbs while on a keto diet.

The stuff is very, very, very sweet, so I’m actually only able to use it as a sweetener in my smoothies. I can’t use it as drink…. It’s like headache level sweet to me.

Tastes good and gives me energy!

I've been subscribed this product for years, but I never been so disappointed like this time. The seal of the bottle is undamaged, but inside is a big chunk of block. My last month subscription already has this issue, I thouth it might be just an exception. I bought TWO extra bottle during prime day deal and they are the same(AND THEY ARE NOT RETURNABLE).I tried to contact Sport Research about this issue. The first responce was after three days and after I reply to the email, there is no responce anymore!Once a company lost the quality control, it will lose its customers soon. There are planty of alternatives, I guess it's time to try somthing different

Stuff works good!! But it needs a silica pack thrown in there… don’t be cheap on us now Sports Research lol. Other than that great product, great energy boost in morning and thru work days.

This has been the 1st ketones that I can swallow without wanting to gag from the horrid taste. It's not great by any means, but at least I can chug without gross displeasure and move on with my life.
