BAD PRODUCT DELIVERED

We ordered 2 products, the first was ok but the second one was substandard. This was just a rose stick without any roots as the first one, no cocopit, just the stem with some mud in a pot. This is bad marketing giving a blow on the Goodwill. They shud send another proper plant in place of this.
