Q: What's the difference between Blackest Black and Noir color?

I’ve worn both Noir and blackest black for 6 years. I prefer blackest black over noir because it’s darker then noir. It’s as black as liquid black eyeliner. It stays on for 16 hours or longer.

Q: Why are these not in tamper prof packaging? Not acceptable

Mine was not in a blister package, it came in a plastic bag. Concerned about safety.
