On my second pouch of these now and can honestly say they are fantastic!I’ve definitely noticed the pain in my troublesome knees has eased and my skin , hair and nail all have improved.The tablets are a little on the big side but take them with a good slug of water and they go down quite well. Theres now smell or adverse taste either!4 capsules a day seems the correct strength to me.Will definitely purchase more!
