These are perfect except for the price. The texture is great and they are low-calorie. Just slightly softer than regular pasta. Better texture than any low-carb/keto pasta I've tried, including: konjac, "healthy noodles" (that's the product name), black bean, hearts of palm, zuuchini noodles, kelp noodles, immi ramen (these are my second favorite, but very high calorie). I prefer products with fewer ingredients and not a lot of math for "net carbs" like the lupini pastas and stuff like that.I was hesitant to try these because I've tried egg white wraps and absolutely hated them because they tasted too much like eggs. The sauce flavor dominates these noodles and I wouldn't guess they were made of eggs if I didn't know.As others mention, the bag is small. It's ok for a lunch serving or to mix with a lot of veggies or something for dinner. If you're lazy like me and just want to toss something in the microwave, two bags works well for dinner, and still comes in at less than 100 calories. Even with a splurge on alfredo sauce, it's a 200 calorie dinner. I prefer the spaghetti over the vermicelli because the thinner noodles clump together and are hard to separate. The price of these is outrageous, but I'm going to buy them anyway because it is so hard to find a decent low-/no-carb noodle substitute.

I wish I'd found this sooner. I've been getting the Miracle Noodles made with Konjac and wasn't crazy about the texture or the prep, but I am doing a medical weight loss diet and the Miracle Noodles are highly recommended. I recently became aware of these egg noodles and they're a game changer. Konjac noodles are like chewing firm rubber bands. These noodles have a slightly softer consistency compared to regular thick spaghetti. I detect no odor and I definitely don't taste any egg, but I've been using home made sauce on them. Unlike the Konjac noodles, the egg noodles do not need to be rinsed then dried over low heat before use. They can just be drained, dumped into your dish, and eaten. The portion size seemed small at first, but I was really hungry that first time, so I had two since the calorie count is so low. The entire package is roughly a third of an ounce of protein.

These are OK, I recommend the larger size noodles, but are pricey. I will go back to my rice noodles that I have to cook.

Would be 5 stars if cheaper! Wish you got twice for the price! They are very soft but a great replacement for starchy noodles! No cooking just heat. No real flavor so it’s all about the sauce. Just wish there was more value! I would eat this all the time…

This is a great product if you’re gluten free or on a low/no carb diet. They are a bit pricey, but the texture is good and it feels like I’m eating pasta.

Tastes great! But I honestly thought I was being punked with the size of the pouches. No where near worth the money. Sry. Make them bigger or less expensive and I would buy again.

Highly recommend! No cooking required, just warm up! Best carnivore pasta!

Do not buy this, it’s a big rip off. Pouches with a couple of forks full of tasteless white noodles and water. They don’t absorb anything or have any taste and there’s nothing here. Being made with egg whites was hoping these were the solution. Not much in the bag.
