Helping to sleep but has no effect at all

Ive been using Anxyaid for a few months now and it has helped in improving my sleep pattern, I find the more i take it the better the results. I am now able to sleep a good 7-8 hours and feel refreshed in the morning.I only ordered it yesterday and it arrived today so super happy

Expensive, The 1st 3 night's I taken 2 tablets, no sleep at all.From the 4th night upped it to 4 tablets, I did sleep but at £24.99 for only 60 tablets,taking 4 per evening I'm unsure if I'll continue using them
