Gift for a grandchild

I brought this items as a birthday gift for my five year old grandson. Needless to say he was very excited being a huge Spiderman fan. He loves drawing and coloring Spiderman. Well the markers that comes with the set stated to leak and burst as he was using them. I tired contacting support only to find out there is no return or replacing of the said items, (very disappointing). Hope this help anyone considering on purchasing this product.
