Definitely for smokers mostly. I don't think people who vape will get the same out of it as long time smokers like myself. I could be wrong, so don't be discouraged from buying. However..... This has been my best quitting experience so far. I hold this like a cigarette, I take puffs like it's real, and I still go outside to pretend smoke! It is helping me get ahold of the hand and mouth thing. Plus, the flavor makes it taste like my normal menthol cigs. When I feel cravings on top of using this, I chew a little bit of tobacco gum to hit that craving. I want that to be first to go, but I have tons of tobacco gum sitting in my cabinets from attending smoke-free work or personal events. It's only been 3 days... but to me.... it's been THREE FLIPPIN DAYS since I last smoked!! I usually crumble and dig thru the ashtray for old butts after 6-8 hours!! I have driven using these as a substitute and it worked great! I have not been drinking and used it yet. That'll be the hardest hurdle, but I'll find out soon. I'll try to post more if I get past my first week.... IF!

It's like breathing through a slightly flavored straw. They're absolutely not for anyone trying to quit smoking or vaping. I am trying to quit smoking and I ordered these to try and help kick the habit and I feel like I wasted my money entirely. I would definitely not recommend these if you are trying to quit... 1/10 only because the flavor is noticeable

These work well and seem to be long-lasting. If you are a menthol smoker, the icy mint one definitely mimics the feeling of menthol hitting the back of your throat and feels like you are actually inhaling more than air. There is no noticeable scent. These lessened my craving immensely while I was somewhere I usually smoke a whole pack. It’s also small and discreet. Great if you are trying to quit or on a plane ride etc.

I wanted to try this product out, flavors good. I wish I could see vapors coming out, after two days of this product I just want to go back to vape even more now.

I thought I was getting a mixed flavor. Got lemon lime. Ok as sub for holing cig.

This is exactly what I was looking for to quit vaping. It has a bit of resistance on the inhale so it feels like hitting a vape and it just has a nice minty flavor. Makes your mouth taste like you just brushed your teeth. So far it’s really helped with the cravings and the habit of that “hand to mouth” oral fixation. I would give it 5 stars but it’s crazy overpriced for what it is and recapping both ends every time is kind of annoying. Other than that it’s really perfect. It doesn’t produce any kind of vapor or anything so if you’re buying it expecting that you’ll be disappointed.

Bought these for a loved one who wanted zero nicotine vapes to help quit vaping. He said they burned his throat and he is not using them money wasted.
