This is a most useful product as it enables treatment of a large area of the body.Given that it is in contact with the skin, heating instructions should be in English. If left in the microwave too long it could get too hot and we need to know how to use it (in English).

Have not used it for hot therapy as I prefer the wheat bags in the microwave. This is perfect for cold therapy as the pearls can contour better to the shape of the muscle. Really pleased with it.
