For seniors, this leg machine works perfectly fine. It’s lightweight, comparatively speaking, and very quiet. The booklet provided is the biggest letdown as it contains very little information about how to operate the machine. It goes into detail about the programs contained in the machine and how to cycle through them. What is missing is the most basic information about how to start the machine to run automatically. It is something that we’ve all seen before from items that come from certain foreign countries where their instruction manuals have been written by someone with limited knowledge of English and little experience with technical writing. The little machine isn’t that complicated, so cycling through the buttons will eventually get the foot petals moving on their own.I can say that using the machine does get your legs and feet moving. After about thirty minutes with it varying speeds and rotation, you’ll be ready to stop or at least take a break. If you’re looking for something that can help with your mobility, this one might be worth a look.
