OK, so I ordered this on sale and saw the reviews for the battery issue. It came in damaged and would not charge. The company immediately sent me out a replacement and I received it the next day, I didnt even have to wait for the damaged one to be returned, which i did send off the next day. I charged it and tested it with facial oil and was like OK, it just vibrates. Then in the evening I tested it with a jelly facial cream and omg, zap zap zap, it felt amazing. Only time will tell if this one will hold up and continue to work. I really hope it does!

This is one of my newest favorite face products. it was packaged very beautifully, to the point where it could be used as a gift. The charging port has a small cover to keep it clean since you use a serum with the device. It works to smooth my forehead wrinkles, and I'm hoping the more I use it the better things will get. The cool function does work quite well as long as you give it a second to warm up. It comes with great information/instructions that are very clear and helpful. There is only one microcurrent setting, but the light settings are also great to use. Extremely happy with this purchase!

I’m 50 and doing all I can to stay looking young without resorting to Botox injections! This little tool is super easy to use and I’ve made it part of my morning and evening skin routine. I first apply an RF lotion and cycle through each of the 4 settings. The battery lasts for about 3-4 days. It says to give it 4-6 weeks, however, I have already noticed that some blemishes on my skin appear smaller. I’ll continue using this tool and I do suggest purchasing an RF conducting lotion to use with this.

Tool was very easy to use, I did use it once a week. One day I tried to turn it on with no success, then I connected it to charge it and all the lights start blinking, I disconnected it and try again but the device just keeps doing the same. I left it connected a couple of hours, but I have not been able to turn it on anymore. I'm not buying it again, there are more devices with the same functionality so I prefer to try with a different one.

I really wanted to love this product. I purchased one that only worked for about or four uses. Returned and replaced and the second one did the exact same thing. Simply will not charge at all.

Got this for my mother in-law for Mother’s Day after my wife got one for herself and loves it. They both use it daily and do both skin tightening and puffiness reducer. Charge lasts a long time and works as described. They are very happy with it and it’s added to their skin care routine. Make sure to use moisturizer when using as it is necessary. Great purchase
