Always great
I've used several different flavours of these mixes and all have given first class results. Light and fluffy and not too sweet. This coffee one was really tasty - I added walnuts and coffee icing. It disappeared very quickly!

I love the smell and the ease to knock up a really light airy cake.only complaint?not strong enough flavor .add some coffee granules diluted to the total volume if water required.or make a strong coffee icing,decorate with walnuts.
