Really tasty keto drink
I needed a quick fix in the morning rather than having to get all the ingredients out and wait for my moka pot to boil and I thought I’d try this.I’m not a fan of instant coffee but I’ve tried True Start previously and it was so good, and this is no exception. Together with H&G this does work as a drink for people doing keto when you crave something hot, which for me happens a lot and it’s not my time to eat anything. This is only 1g of carb which is awesome and it’s soothing and comforting. It tastes rounded, and isn’t strong - I drink espresso so it’s nothing like that. It mixes things up for me so I’m pleased to have another optional drink. I’ll be adding collagen to mine as this makes my joints feel so much better.I would buy this again because of ease of use - when I’m travelling I can’t take all my kit so a bag of this is ideal. Would recommend to anyone on keto. You take two tbsps at a time in a mug and it’s kind of creamy and not too oily. Feels nourishing.

I don’t like the taste
I ordered this the other day as it was on a special price (around £23)I’ve been making a bullet proof coffee at work. I have a bag of Exhale grounded coffee, a small cafetière, an electric little whisk in my locker and leave a block of grass fed unsalted butter in the work fridge (Sainsbury’s organic). This doesn’t raise my blood sugar and keeps me in a fasted state. So, I’m a train Guard for the railway and I have a short time in between booking on and taking out my first train. I sometimes get in 10 minutes early for some extra time to sort myself out. I don’t always have time before I leave the house to make a bulletproof coffee, so I have one at work while I’m getting myself prepared. I always have a slight fear that somebody’s taken the butter from the fridge in the staffroom, Making the bullet-proof coffee is quite time-consuming. Sometimes I don’t actually have enough time to sit down and enjoy the coffee. So when I saw this all in one packet of bulletproof coffee, I thought great! I didn’t quite see the vanilla natural flavouring on the label, so that’s my fault. Whilst this is a fantastic idea, it doesn’t actually taste very nice. The artificial natural vanilla flavouring is just awful but that’s my opinion. I tested my glucose level first thing in the morning and it was 4.7 mmol made a mug of 1 and a half tablespoons of this coffee and took a reading of my blood reading and it was now 5.9. It’s a good idea to save time but the taste but I will not be buying it anymore. In fact, I will not be finishing the packet. I will give it to somebody at work.If they brought out one that didn’t have the artificial flavouring, I could be interested.I ordered a creamer from Brain and brawn which has coconut oil and grass fed butter in it and that didn’t break my fast, it also tasted so much better because it was unflavoured although I think they do a vanilla flavoured one also.I’m not trying to put anyone off. I just thought I would leave an honest review.

Seems ok but not coffee
Easy to make. Tastes ok but does not taste like coffee. I added more coffee to it to make it taste better and stronger.

Pretty good, have re-bought
A bit pricey but overall worth it. Have just re-bought it when the first pack ran out.A nice occasional change for someone who otherwise drinks plain black coffee. One of fairly few instant coffees I do quite enjoy. Not an artificial creamer taste. And not sweetened, which is great.

Gross
It's simply gross. Told the company twice. No communication. I would defo not recommend it. Horrible! Waste of money. What am I to do with it 🤮

its OK!
It's OK! It's drinkable and not unpleasant, but I had to add my instant coffee before I could taste the coffee properly.

Super quality and taste
I really like this coffee, I am not normally an instant coffee girl but this has a great flavour profile and is soo creamy. It mixes really easily in hot water, and has a slight vanilla taste but isn’t sweet. I like that it lists the mg of caffeine on the packet, as I try to moderate my intake. Yes it is expensive, but let’s be realistic here, you’re paying for quality and convenience. Good quality coffee, MCT oil, ghee all are expensive ingredients in themselves.

Artificial vanilla taste but will finish pack
Has artificial vanilla taste which I'm not getting used to but has helped me transition from not adding sugar. Will go without vanilla artificial flavouring next time after finished pack as this has helped me like taste of pure black coffee now.
