My son loves this scooter! It is well built and very durable.

I've read that the assembly was difficult. I wonder if they tried loosening the screws before they attached the bars, it slides ride in. If it didn't go in the first time, did they assume it would come together 10-30 minutes later by the same method?

My 12 year old son bought this scooter on his own, he has had it for several months and it is still going strong. Easy to put together, and good quality.

My son used it an entire summer and it still looks new Ish other than the scrapes from the skate park so I definitely recommend

There is a bolt that attaches the handle bars to the vertical post. It has blue threadlock on it. It makes it VERY difficult to thread through the nut that is in the post. If you are strong enough to hold the post while it twists under the pressure of screwing in the nut then you are fine. An older person or a weaker person would have difficulty attaching it.
