I would say no, this repairs standard non motorized, basic bike issues such as flats, seat adjustment, etc. anything related to ebikes with batteries would require different equipment.

Q: Can you remove the tire and put it back?

I’m not quite sure what you mean by removing it and putting it back but the bag doesn’t get in the way and yes I could take off a tire and put it back on.

Convenient

This was exactly what I needed I recently started cycling to work and it's been about 11 weeks. A few weeks ago I pulled over and tried to help a fellow cycler and realize I didn't have the tools I needed in order to help him so I thought of buying one of these for myself and also to be able to help others. All the tools come in a Andy little case and can almost repair or work on everything that's on your bike I definitely recommend it!

Meh....

Tools fair, pump worthless. Lots of stuff in here I'll never use.Don't expect the pump to be much help past 5psi. I could barely get enough air in a tube to find a hole, then went to a compressor to complete the repair. The bag is too large to want to carry on the bike, and the Velcro is not sufficient if I did. When I read all the other 5 star reviews, it smells like they didnt really review/use it.
