Good for normal/heavy periods.
I think for normal period flow, these would work great. I had a fibroid so I was bleeding a ridiculous amount so these did not work for that (use disposable diapers for this sort of issue) but they have been good for normal periods.

Comfortable, absorbent and cheap!
Comfortable, absorbent and cheap! Not exactly sexy, but don’t expect it from period underwear:).I am a heavy flow girl, so buying more of these. Normally buy size 6 clothes. Bought small of these panties, glad I did - they are snug (so nothing is leaking), but still very comfortable!

They feel good and they work well
The underpants feel very small at first but give it a little bit of time and it fits nicely

Almost perfect.
Another brand of period underwear I needed to try out. This is the fourth brand I have tried and so far it comes in second place. The price is much better compared to any other brand out there. The crotch absorbs quickly and traps odors as well. I ordered these specifically because regular cut period underwear seem to have extra thick seams on the legs and quite frankly, those freaking hurt. No one needs extra seams right there. These don't have that so Yay! The legs do roll up a little but not to the point that I'm going to rip these off and throw them away. I just readjust as with most clothing these days. The waist does roll down, and that is why these Hanes period underwear get four stars. They're almost perfect. Make the waist a little higher with a sturdier band and the legs slightly longer and they would be.

Okay
I don't use for period but as a backup . It's bulky in the front but tolerable.

Ok but ripes easily
Not bad. Material is thick so you know blood is less likely to leak. They look good but the fabric quality is okay — ripped quickly & not the softest material but not awful

Finally, a Comfortable and Affordable Period Boxer Brief That Works!
I have tried nearly every brand of period boxer briefs on the market, and I’ve been consistently disappointed—until now. Since getting a copper IUD, my period has been heavier, and I needed extra protection for overnight wear without waking up to a mess. I was looking for breathable cotton fabric, real absorbency, and, most importantly, a design that didn’t feel like I was wearing a diaper.I actually found a brand that I loved—unfortunately, it was very expensive, and they later discontinued it. After that, I tried to find an alternative and purchased a different brand that frequently appears as the top search result for cotton period boxer briefs on Amazon (the brand starts with a G). I was incredibly disappointed—the boxers were flimsy, the sizing was inconsistent, and they felt and looked awkward to wear. After trying multiple brands that left me frustrated, I stumbled upon these Hanes briefs. At just $15 for TWO pairs, I was skeptical—most period underwear costs well over $20 per pair. However, I was pleasantly surprised when these arrived in the mail and I tried them on. Not only did they fit perfectly, but when I slept in them that night, I had no issues and no mess to wake up to. I will attach a photo for reference, as I know when I was looking at reviews, it was helpful to see what they looked like and hear other people’s detailed feedback.Fit & ComfortI normally fall between a small and a medium but opted for small since the shipping time was faster. I’m so glad I did! The fit is perfect- snug but not restrictive, with enough stretch to accommodate different body types. If you’re between sizes, you likely can’t go wrong either way. I wouldn’t say these necessarily run small, but their stretchiness makes them forgiving. I’ve already ordered a medium and will update on how those fit when I receive them in the mail.**I received the medium, and decided I prefer the fit of the small. I still wear & feel comfortable in the medium- and definitely not too big. However, in terms of boxer briefs for leakage, I feel most secure and prefer a snug *but comfortable* fit.
